This service is delivered by Shena Lee-Anthony, an HCPC registered Chartered Rehabilitation Physiotherapist and CSP member with over 16 years of experience in NHS and private practice. Positive Physiotherapy provides hospital discharge support as a home visit service, meaning the physiotherapist travels directly to the patient's home, care home or nursing facility.
