We design programmes that are practical and immediately relevant to your real-world activities, so you see results faster and feel the difference in your everyday life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a specific condition to access this service?

Not at all. This service is for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, or simply maintain their independence as they age. You don't need a diagnosis or a referral.

Is this suitable for younger adults as well as older people?

Absolutely. While many of our clients are older adults, we work with people of all ages who want to improve their mobility, recover from inactivity, or build functional strength.

How is this different from a personal trainer?

As a qualified physiotherapist, Shena has clinical training in musculoskeletal assessment, injury management, and rehabilitation. She can identify and address underlying movement problems that a personal trainer is not trained to manage.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your starting point and goals. Many clients benefit from an initial course of 4–6 sessions, followed by an independent home exercise programme with periodic check-ins.
